Depending upon the PSP version you are using, you may have imported most of your filters into Filters Unlimited 2.

Filters are not included with the supplies. If you do not have a filter, a Google search will find it for you. No links are provided as the download links are moved often.

Set up the Material Pallet

Gradient - Foreground/Background
Linear - Angle 90 - Repeats 0

File - New - 650 x 500 transparent
Fill with Gradient

Effects - Plugins - CPK Designs - Stars
180 - 32

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance

Effects - Plugins - DCSpecial - Edger
255 - 22

Image Mirror

New Raster Layer - Fill with Gradient

Layers - New Mask Layer from Image
Bring up mask22 in the Source window

Right Click on Group Raster 2 - Merge Group
Effects - Edge Effects - Ehance
Image - Resize - 90% Bicubic - All Layers Unchecked

Remaining on the Top Mask Layer
Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frame
54 - minus 32 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 100

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror -
Blend Mode Normal - Opacity 79
Right Click on Layer Palette - Merge Down

Activate the Bottom Layer - Layer Duplicate
On the Duplicate Layer Apply
Effects - Plugins - BorderMania - Capsule
28 - 18 - 25 - 142 - 150

Image - Resize - 90% Bicubic - All Layers Unchecked

Activate the btdream tube
Edit - Copy - Edit - Paste as New Layer
Effects - Plugins - DCSpecial - Edger

Layers - Duplicate
Close off the Duplicate Layer and Activate the Original Tube Layer



Effects - Distortion Effects - Wind
from Left - Strength 69

Move a a little to the Left

Open the Top Tube Layer
Position a little to the right

Make sure you are satisfied with all element placements and opacity
as your layers will merge when adding borders

Image Add Borders - Symmetric Not Checked - Background Color
Top/Bottom 2       Left/Right 30

Using the Magic Wand Selection Tool

Select the Dark Border
Activate the dream pattern
Edit - Copy - Edit Paste - Into Selection
Effects - Plugins - Alfs Power Toys - Split Distortion - Distoriton 32
Right Click on Layer Palette - Promote Selection to Layer
Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frame
15 - (Minus 2) - 64 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 100



Deselect

Right Click on Layer Palette - Duplicate
Image Mirror
Blend Mode Normal - Opacity 53


Activate the btdreamdeco tube
Edit Copy - Edit Paste - As New Layer
Move to the Left Side
Blend Mode Normal - Opacity 42


Layers Duplicate
Image Resize 75% - Move to the Right as per the sample below
Blend Mode Normal - Opacity 48



Click on Top btdreamdeco tube
Right Click on Layer Palette
Merge Down

Right Click on Layer Palette - Duplicate
Image Mirror

Add your watermark, resize by 90% Bicubic Increments (to prevent quality loss)
All Layers Checked to fit your project. Save as .jpg or format of your choice.
