Open the supplies in PSP & minimize

You may have imported all your filters into Filters Unlimited 2 depending upon what version of PSP you are using

Open the bubblesbkg supplied - Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance
New Raster Layer
Fill with #ebe5d8
Layers - New Mask Layer from Image - find the btbubblesmask

Right Click on Layer Palette - Merge Group
With the Mover Tool - Move Mask to the Right

Opacity 17 - Blend Mode Hard Light

Activate the mds Archways tube
Edit - Copy - Edit - Paste as New Layer
Move to the Top Left Corner
Opacity 21 - Blend Mode Normal

Activate the Bottom Layer
Effects - Plugins - Filter Factory N - Flipper
91 - 43 - 165

Apply Flipper Once More

Remain on the Bottom Layer
Effects - Plugins - Tormantia - CrissCross
186 - 227 - 217 - 0 - 0 - 0

Effects - Distortion Effects - Polar Coordinates
Rectangular to polar - Repeat Checked

Effects - Reflection Effects - Rotating Mirror
H/0  RA/0  Reflect

Making sure you are on the top layer
Activate the btbubblesellipse tube
Edit - Copy - Edit - Paste - As New Layer
Move to the Bottom Left Hand Corner
Opacity 59 - Blend Mode Normal

Activate the Jet tube
A modified version has been created for this tutorial
Activate the modified tube layer
Edit - Copy - Edit Paste as New Layer - Position Sample Below

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow
15   17   67   13.86  Color Black - Shadow on new layer Checked

Make sure you are satisfied with image placement, blend modes & opactiy

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric
5 pixels black

Image - Add Borders - Symmetric
25 pixels color #5e5b4f

Select the 25 pixel border with Magic Wand
Right Click on Layer Palette - Promote Selection to Layer
Effects - Plugins - Tormantia - CrissCross

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance


Effects - Plugins - BorderMania - Capsule
7 - 130 - 17 - 224 - 124   Bevel & Frame Checked



Selections - Invert
Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout

Repeat Cutout - Once


Image - Add Borders - Symmetric
5 pixels Black


New Raster Layer
With the Rectangle Selection Tool
Draw a small bar on the left hand border - fill with Black

Deselect
Layer Duplicate - Image Mirror

Resize to fit your project, add your watermark, and save as .jpg file or format of your choice.
