Open the 3 tubes in PSP & minimize .

You may have imported all your filters into Filters Unlimited 2 depending upon what version of PSP you are using

The filters are not included with the supplies.  You can download the supplies HERE

Filters : 
Dragonfly Sinedots II
MaRu's  Filter Meister - Copies
Filters Unlimited 2 - Color Filters - Grayscale
Xero - Clarity

If you do not have these filters, a Google search will find it for you
A link is not provided as the filter download sites move frequently
                                       

New Transparent Image 750 x 500
Fill with black

Right Click on Layer Palette - Duplicate
Effects - Plugins - Dragonfly Sinedots II

With the Magic Wand Selection Tool

Click on Either of the the Black Corners

Hit Delete on the keyboard
Deselect

Layer Palette view

Effects - Plugins - MaRus Meister - Copies

Image Resize 75%  Bicubic - All Layers Not Checked

Activate the Bottom Layer (Raster 1)
Selections - Select All
Selections - Modify - Contract 25
Selections Invert
Right Click on Layer Palette - Promote Selection to Layer

Effects - Dragonfly Sinedots II
Use the same settings as previously used

Deselect
Image Resize 95% Bicubic - All Layers Not Checked

Activate the Floral15 Tube
Making sure you are on the Top Layer
Edit Copy - Edit Paste - As New Layer
Position in Top Left Corner

Activate the Mtm Vector girl tube
Edit - Copy - Edit Paste - As New Layer
Image - Resize - 65% Bicubic - All Layers Not Checked
The edge of her right arm will be about at the 600 mark on the ruler

Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimted 2 - Color Filters - Grayscale
59 - 128 - 128

Effects - Plugins - Xero - Clarity set at 198

Adjust - Brightness & Contrast at B 38  C 3

Resize to fit your project, add your watermark, and save as .jpg file or format of your choice.
