Supplies

Filters:
Andrews 59 - In And Ouf Of Filters
Neology - Shadowcaster
Simple - Half Wrap
Simple - Pizza Slice Mirror
AAA Frames - Foto Frame

Open all the materials in PSP & Minimize
1 tube - 1 pattern - 1 graphic- 2 masks

Set Up the Material Palette

Foreground color dark #e2c8a3 (dark)
Background color light #fffdee (light)

Set foreground to foreground to the btAGWpattern
Click on the Pattern Button then scroll until the btAGWpattern appears

Set the Angle to 147 - Scale 115

Open the Angelic White jpg Image - this will be your working image.

Right click on the layer palette - select Duplicate
Right click on the layer palette - New Raster Layer
Change the pattern in the material palette back to color
Flood Fill this layer with the Foreground Color (dark)

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image
In the source window bring up sg_raining-hearts

Activate (Highlight) Group Raster One
Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance
Answer ok to the popup stating layer must be merged
The Layer Palette will look like this

Image - Add Borders 20 pixels symmetric
Select your light color in the color window
(Note all layers will merge into one layer)

Selections - Select All - Selections - Modifiy - Contract 20 pixels
Right Click on Layer Palette - Promote Background Layer
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow
V4 H4 Opacity 100 Blur 18.81 Color #43463a

Deselect (Selections - Select None)

Image - Add Borders 20 pixels symmetric
Keep your light color selected in the color window
(Note all layers will merge into one layer)

Selections - Select All - Selections - Modifiy - Contract 20 pixels
Right Click on Layer Palette - Promote Background Layer
Selections - Invert
Change the Foreground Color to the Pattern (click on the pattern button)
Flood Fill with the Pattern
Selections - Invert
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow
V4 H4 Opacity 100 Blur 18.81 Color #43463a
Deselect (Select None)

Image - Add Borders 20 pixels symmetric
Keep your light color selected in the color window
(Note all layers will merge into one layer)
Selections - Select All - Selections - Modifiy - Contract 20 pixels
Selections - Invert

Effects - Plugins - Andrews Filter 59 - In And Out Of Filters
(Note you may have imported this filter into Filters Unlimited
OR it may be a stand alone)

Right Click on Layer Palette - Promote Selection to Layer

Selections - Invert
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow

Deselect (Select None)

Image - Add Borders 5 pixels symmetric
Keep your light color selected in the color window
(Note all layers will merge into one layer)

Right Click on Layer Palette - Duplicate

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image
In the source window bring up sg_clip-frame
Source luminance & Invert mask data Checked

The Layer Palette will look like this
(Note you will not be able to see the mask effects until the next step)

Right Click on Group Layer - Merge Group
Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance

Activate the Hanne woman tube
Image - Mirror
Image resize 105% bicubic All Layers Checked
Repeat resize 105% Once for a total of 2

Edit - Copy - Edit Paste as New Layer
Place on the left side with her foot touching the line

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 3.01 - Perspective Shadow
Settings 267 - 80 - 54 - 61 - 61 - Color #43463a

Optional

With a New Vector Layer
Select a Heart Preset Shape & draw in the right hand corner
Line solid - width 3
Select the center of the heart with the Magic Wand
Hit delete on the keyboard to remove the heart center
OR
use the heart tube supplied - c&p as new layer placing in the corner of the main image as per the above completed sample

Activate the Bottom Layer (Background)
Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frame

Save in psp format to retain all layers for future modification
Resize to fit your project
To prevent quality loss in oder versions of PSP
resize by 10% increments using bicubic
